Where Were You When You Arrived?
Where were you when you arrived at my blog or website?
You can adapt this question of reflection into all aspects of your life.
From the name of my website, blog, and podcast you have more than a passing interest in investment real estate.
Each of us has our reasons for visiting websites, reading blog posts, listening to podcast episodes or visiting and using a ton of different social media platforms.
How many social media platforms are you engaged? If you are reading my investment real estate blogs; how many other social media platforms are you using to research investment real estate?
If you are reading my investment real estate blogs; how many other social media platforms are you using to research investment real estate?
Many times are you trying to get yourself kick-started regarding a project, people (individual or group) or a pattern that is cropping up in your lives.
Do you have an investment real estate project you are looking to start but you don’t know where to start? On my website, I have
On my site, I have “The Investment Real Estate Way© Starter Kit.” The starter kit contains three forms, and it is free for you to download; put your name and e-mail address in the area on the homepage.
By taking the time to fill in the three forms, you will be laying the foundation for your ready stage to getting your investment real estate project started.
Getting a second opinion on anything in life is critical to helping you succeed in whatever area you are working in and adding links to my website you can click on to get second opinions.
Investment real estate is not an individual exercise; it takes a Team REAL© for you to participate. Listening to the following podcast, shares some thoughts on expert opinions:
As part of the episode, I talk about Team REAL. My Team REAL is composed of over 20 service and trade professionals. Team REAL comes into your investment real estate purchase at different times; Before the Purchase, During the Purchase, and After the Purchase.
A pattern is like seeing a Yellow Punch Buggie over and over again and getting punched by our kids or grandkids in the arm. How shocked are you when the punch happens? Have you noticed the more interest you have in investment real estate, the more stories of people getting into the investment real estate you hear; a pattern surfaces?
Or life delivers us an “Awe or What Else” realization moment. The “AWE” situation could be “The cart before the horse moment” in your life; knowledge before purchase always puts you in the driver’s seat.
Or you have a real challenge for your moment, and you are trying to get yourself focused on how to deal with it. In the days, months and years ahead my goal is to keep building content and resources for you in one spot, my website. If you are going to take a journey into purchasing investment real estate; my goal is to add new content and resources weekly to help you along the way.
What do you want? Maybe this is the question you are asking yourself, and you are looking to create clarity.
I have found so much in life comes down to “Not Knowing What I Don’t Know.” My goal is to is to help you get through the “Not Knowing.”
I have spent the last week or so; formatting and editing my podcast shows and I have four great guests to kick-start my podcasting career. (Podcast Launch Date Schedule April 16, 2018)
How often are you finding yourself saying; “Yes” to so many things you end up spinning your tires; should you fit “No” in your vocabulary more often.
I have had trouble saying “No” and at the end of the day I have been disappointed in some of my results.
I had asked earlier how many social media platforms are you engaged in on the topic or area you are researching; don’t you think all these “Yeses” are stopping you from moving forward?
My goal has been transparent regarding educating, advising, coaching and consulting folks on the importance of investment real estate in their financial portfolio.
The methods of getting my message out are varied, and I had too many “Yeses” to things that were road blocking my mission. If an opportunity is not about building investment real estate content than my answer, is Thanks but No Thanks.
One of my mentors recently reminded me that blogging and podcasting is a marathon, not a sprint, with building trust.
What was the most useful question I asked you today? I would love to hear your answer; please leave your response in the comment area at the end of this blog post.
Warmest Appreciation,
Rick
