Why a Podcast on Investment Real Estate and How to Motivate
Getting Your Words to Ears
I can not think of a better communication vehicle than one’s voice; how we get our words heard has evoled.
In the MedEvil times of Europe, there were town criers.
A town crier, also called a bellman, is an officer of the court who makes public pronouncements as required by the court (cf. Black’s Law Dictionary).
As the world has evolved, in the early days of communication technology; Radio, Cinema, and TV huge corporations and governments controlled the voice of the people.
These large corporations and governments in many cases decided what we would hear.
With the advent of the World Wide Web; the voice has returned to the average person, and today we can talk to people through Podcasting.
What is Podcasting?
A podcast, or generically netcast, is an episodic series of digital audio or video files which a user can download and listen to. It is often available for subscription so that new episodes are automatically downloaded via web syndication to the user’s local computer, mobile application, or portable media player.[1] It is distinct from Internet radio, which involves streaming rather than downloading.
Your podcast voice is the one media that can be accessed while doing other things.
Over the next week, I plan to launch my podcast show; Vault to Investment Real Estate Success Podcast.
I will give more details in a future blog about my podcast show, content, format and weekly guests.
Am I going to abandon my blog posts? No!
Every blog or article I read about having a successful website it all stems from content. My goal is to build my site as a valuable one-stop shop for you to head when researching investment real estate.
What is exciting in today’s technological world is we can get our message sent out in many different forms.
I love writing blog posts. I love researching for my investment real estate blog and articles.
Being a very social person and it is a real treat to have conversations with people from all types of backgrounds.
Over the years of having a very public job and belonging to a broader community of investment real estate investors, I have had conversations with people I wish I could have shared. I often thought I want to have recorded these talks.
The folks in the investment real estate community are very generous with their stories and lessons they have learned.
In the days, months and years ahead my goal is to build an audio library you will have access to; the 5 Ws; Who, What, When, Where, Why and the How of investment real estate.
We are all trying to strive to make our message to you as our guests a little different and stand out from the pack.
I recently wrote a blog;https://www.vaulttoinvestmentrealestatesuccess.com/blog/where-will-you-be-when-you-leave/ how close people are to succeed, and they abandon their success only 20 Feet from Stardom.
Even though I started my website and blog on November 21, 2017, to reach more people with my message on investment real estate; I have been excited about the number of folks reading my blog. There is a trend upwards, and that is always a good thing.
The road to measuring success is a different story for everyone.
I have much to be grateful for, and my website, blog, magazine articles, and my soon to be released podcast show are my way of giving back.
In the last couple of months, I have been working with clients who have purchased investment real estate with my consulting and coaching services. These clients have made huge investments based on my recommended investment real estate model. They are in it for the long haul. My desire is to pass on this type of success for you my listeners.
If you would like a sample of my style, please listen to the following podcast shows I was a guest on.
