I would also like to recognize all of my readerships; thanks to the World Wide Web I am reaching people from all parts of the globe. Your interest in investment real estate is much appreciated.
The word free comes with a specific responsibility. In defining free the words allowed, open, unrestricted and liberated make up the spirit of the definition of free.
Much of The United States, Canada, and Australia founded by the people from The United Kingdom who wanted to build a living legacy for their families and realized the English Rule and Culture were not going to make it possible.
Millions of people throughout North America and Australia have died for “The Land of the Free and the “Land Glorious and Free,” “For We are Young and Free” to ensure that future generations could live on. These people gave up the ultimate sacrifice their lives to safeguard their families to enjoy secure and comfortable lives.
I am not asking you to give up your lives to create a legacy; I am asking you to think about your how do you create a living legacy for your family and community?
Part of my family roots are from England, and one of our family homes is still standing today; this property is in the heart of London. When my family came to North America, they owned one of the most icon pieces of land in the United States and perhaps the world. My family owned the area where the Twin Towers once stood. Think about both of the value of these two pieces of property and had they stayed in our family ownership; don’t you think the value of these properties could still be impacting generations of our family to this day.
Would the use of the land and property have changed over the years and generations of our family; you beat. Had someone in our family had a specific plan for these properties and creating a living legacy; think of the impact on generations of our family.
The land will always be an essential commodity; we have discovered most the world’s area and even though it may not all of the grounds are not used at this point; with the population growth on the planet, more pressure grows every day to use all the world’s land in some capacity.
I think of some of the most fertile lands on earth being paved over to give way to highways and buildings. Soil over farmed and turned into a dust bowl. Don’t you think we as the people of earth must look every day at what we are doing to our living legacy? Our living legacy being that of future generations. If each of us would look at our own personal real estate property and investment real estate we would soon realize we have control over this property and could impact the world in our small way.
