What Happens When Millennials Miss Out on 20 Years?
The Loss of The Great One
On April 18, 1999, Wayne Gretzky played his last game in the NHL (National Hockey League) an NHL career that spanned 20 years. (1979 to 1999)
In a previous blog post, I described my meeting and a conversation with Wayne’s Dad Walter Gretzky. (click on the link to read this post; Challenge; Things Don’t Last Forever; Have a Backdoor Plan)
What is incredible is how fast that 20 years has flown by. The NHL has continued to thrive as a professional hockey league, the best in the world. There has been a hand full of outstanding players in the NHL, but we have now gone a generation, (20 years) with no one stepping up to match the records set by Wayne Gretzky.
What’s the Next Great Generation and Are You Part of It?
The millennial generation described as a span of close to 20 years; 1980 to 1998. This generation will dominate the next several decades and shape the future of the world.
Is this the next great generation?
What will the next 20 years look like under the leadership of the Millenial Generation?
Will the Millenials step up and provide the innovation, growth, ability, stamina, and many other qualities to move our world and future forward. Set new records in history or will the Millenials be the generation that will provide stars but no Great Ones?
Working with investment real estate clients I am very impressed with the Millenial Generation Clients and feel in the next 20 years we are going to see Greatness Surface and propel our world to a new level of awesomeness we have not seen in the last 20 years.

Recently I had the pleasure of reading a great book on self, individual and group coaching; the strength of this book is using questions to not only help others but help yourself excel. (“The Coaching Habit; Say Less, Ask More & Change the Way Your Lead Forever” by Michael Bungay Stanier.) https://boxofcrayons.com/coaching-skills-for-managers/the-coaching-habit/
My goal is to help you primarily in the area of a strong financial foundation with investment real estate coaching and consulting guidance.
The Great One; Wayne Gretzky took his youth to build the foundation for his hockey career, and it took him 20 years to leave everlasting greatness.
