Part of this episode is dedicated to revealing our untold story. We began purchasing investment real estate in 2002.
Purchasing investment real estate has been and is a family affair. I have such a firm belief in the power of investment real estate and the positive impact it can have on your financial foundation, creating sustainable wealth and a living legacy.
I have been coaching my family members and joint venture partners since 2005 and in 2012 started a full-time investment real estate coaching business.
You may be wondering why a Podcast show?
I have found that working one on one with people though very satisfying does not give me the reach I desired to help others gain knowledge on why investment real estate can and will have a constructive impact on your lives.
Why I’m talking about investment real estate versus real estate investment? It’s because there’s a big difference. I want you to think of investment first and real estate as the vehicle second. Investment real estate is a way of saving, sharing, securing, investing and getting a return on capital; all these words project stability.
When you purchase investment real estate, you should have no problem sleeping at night and make money while you sleep. Investment real estate should help you capitalize, participate in, and advance your investment funds forever.
What do you need help with when it comes to investment real estate?
Most listeners to Vault to Investment Real Estate Success come with the dream of building income and wealth from investment real estate but also with one of standard needs or challenges.
As a result; we organized our podcast into four separate but connected themes regarding investment real estate. These themes are to help you find the content that best suits your needs.

In setting up the show’s podcast calendar, we have divided the show into a four-week rotation, and each week we are going to review a theme. We will also have a supporting blog that will connect to the topic of that week.
You might be asking Rick how do you define yourself as a Blogger and a Podcaster? If you look at my background, you will see I have a degree in Adult Education with a minor in business. I have several certificates as a trainer and a coach.
The most important part of my education does not come from University or College it comes from real life. I am an active investment real estate investor and belong to a vast community of real estate investors.
I define myself as a teaching and coaching blogger and Podcaster; the how-to- kind of blogger and Podcaster.
Most of my podcasts and blogs are focused on how-to-content. I am not a passive teacher or coach. I will challenge you to learn and take action.
I will start each podcast or blog with a question, a problem, a process, a task, or a goal that someone is trying to achieve.
We will end each podcast with a call to action. A call to action moment I call; Ready, Set, Goal.
I have heard many Podcasters say it took them up to several hundred podcasts to find their voice and feel comfortable.
Experience is a great teacher and coach. Every day I continue to get comfortable with my investment real estate experience, and from this growing experience, one of my goal’s is to produce a show you deserve as an active listener.
